We won't quote you a fixed arrival time on the phone, timing depends on your location, traffic, current dispatch load, and site access. What we will give you is a realistic window based on where you are and what's happening right now, not a number that sounds good on the phone and falls apart in traffic.

Perimeter breach or theft: An open section left overnight is the kind of thing an insurer or a DOB inspector will ask about later, whether anyone caught it in the meantime or not.
Storm damage: Wind can take down panel sections or knock a fence line over entirely, often discovered the next morning, sometimes discovered mid-storm.
Vehicle strike: A vehicle or piece of equipment hitting a fence line is one of the more common overnight calls we get.
Failed gate or access point: A perimeter can look intact and still be unsecured if the one gate holding it closed has failed.
Stop-work order or failed inspection: If a site needs compliant fencing restored before work resumes, we can get equipment on site fast, but we can’t resolve the underlying violation or guarantee inspection approval, that’s between you and DOB.
Unsafe condition next to a sidewalk: NYC Administrative Code §28-105.4.1 allows certain work, including erecting fences, gates, or similar structures to protect the public from an unsafe condition, to proceed before a permit is obtained, provided an application is filed within two business days. Traffic, curb access, loading restrictions, and truck access all affect how fast we can realistically get there, and a Staten Island run means crossing a bridge, which we won’t pretend doesn’t add time.
